Can I remodel my unit during this time?
No. Maintenance and repairs can only be done if they are essential to maintain health and safety. Renovation and remodeling are considered non-essential. Repair work performed by plumbers, roofers and electricians for necessary repairs on homes and essential businesses is allowed. All other construction that does not support COVID-19 recovery efforts is considered non-essential.
If you have any contractors scheduled for non-essential work, we ask you to re-schedule them. If you have a contractor coming on property to perform any work during this “Stay Home” mandate, please have them check in with our Security Officer on duty by calling 808-742-6411.
