If you missed the AOBO special Board meeting today, you'll be pleased to learn that our June 2021 Association dues will be reduced by $282! Dave DiMare reported the good news and said it was possible based on favorable expenses in the areas of security, water, delinquency reserves and a PBAC discount.
Thanks to Dave, our Treasurer, and the HVC team for identifying these additional savings.
The AOBO has announced meeting dates through the end of 2022, including the return of in-person meetings!
For meetings being held on Kauai, please note that flights, car rentals and even unit availability may be a challenge for owners wishing to attend in person. Make your plans early.
A few other things to keep in mind: meeting dates and locations will be reconfirmed over time. Some meetings are scheduled on weekdays, and we hope you'll be able to attend those. Committee meetings (if you wish to help out, you can volunteer without being on the Board) will take place during the couple of days prior to quarterly meetings.
