Beach hut and shower remodeling

Dear Owners in Buildings 28 and 30, 

Please be advised that we will be relocating the 

beach shower closer to the Beach Hut. We will be

 removing and replacing the sidewalk fronting the 

Beach Hut. In addition, we will be removing the

 stepping stones from Building 30 to the Beach Hut. 

The stones will be replaced with a sidewalk.

The Beach Hut will be operating from a tent in the

 interim.

Do you know that we have meetings coming up next month at Kiahuna???

It'd be great if you were able to come and join in.  Get involved!  Meet other owners!!  Get your questions answered!  Have some beach time!  Get a tan!!  Have a great dinner!!  Have a free lunch!  Play in the tennis tournament!  Play golf!  Enjoy your condo!

Meeting starts on Saturday Nov. 12th at 10:00 a.m., with lunch at 1:00 p.m. at the Hyatt.  There's also a homeowner's pot luck on Thursday Nov 10th at 5:00.

Kiahuna honors local culture

Dear Kiahuna Homeowners,

Kiahuna homeowners and staff once again are honoring the commitment of local heroes dedicated to preserving Hawaiian culture and sharing it with all those who visit this beautiful island. 

The recipient of this year’s fundraiser will be Hapa Trail http://www.hapatrail.com providing our southern Kauai shore with important historical trails. 

At the Nov. 12, 2016 homeowner’s meeting we will have a silent auction of local photography, quilts and would be pleased to add any other items you wish to donate. Your attendance is always appreciated but, in case you are not able to be there you may also donate money directly to the cause.
