Closure of PBAC
We just received notice that the PBAC is closed in line with the orders of the governor of Hawaii.
All dues for the PBAC have therefore been suspended; owners will not be charged for April. Also, there will be credits for the remaining days in March which will be applied to the payment due once the PBAC reopens.

New Crosswalk warning lights
GREAT news!
One of the two crosswalk flashing signs was just installed at the west entrance to Kiahuna Plantation. There will be another one installed at the crosswalk between PBAC and Kiahuna Plantation.
