The Board convened an Executive Session on February 22, 2017 to discuss the existence of a potential conflict of interest for one Board member. It was agreed by the Board that more information about this topic will be published to all homeowners prior to the May annual meeting of the Association.
Charlotte Tallman #44 resigned from the Board because her unit closed escrow on Tuesday, February 21st. Although Charlotte was on the Board for less than one year, we appreciate all her contributions and wish her well.
The Board met via teleconference yesterday and appointed Ben Miller to the Board. Ben was the Ex Officio and has agreed to step into a Director’s role until the May election. We are thankful that Ben is always willing to serve the Association.
At the Annual Meeting on May 8th, the homeowners will elect 3 members to the Board to serve a three year term and 1 member to fill the two years remaining on Charlotte’s term. We encourage all owners to consider standing for election. A detailed mailing will go out on March 8th.
