New Koi Ponds
I had meant to take pictures of the new Koi ponds in November but ran out of time. I had a quick trip to Kiahuna this week and got some shots for you to see.
The old koi ponds were leaking and needed to be fixed or replaced. Ultimately Outrigger found people to replace them. I think I posted pictures of the fish a while back. Now you can see the full view. I think they did a fabulous job!
Quite lovely, I think.
Oh and here was the sunset the other night!

Notice of a resignation
Aloha Fellow Kiahuna Homeowners:
I am writing this to inform you that effective December 3,
2015 Scott Tiraschi resigned from the Association’s Board of Directors.
Scott sold his Kiahuna condo, and is therefore no longer eligible to serve
on the Board.
This is a tremendous loss for the Board, and I think I can
speak on behalf of all of us that we will miss Scott’s hard work and
dedication. He has been a tremendous asset to Kiahuna and has devoted countless
hours to our projects during his four and a half years on the Board.
Pursuant to the Association’s By-Laws, the Board will be
holding a special session Board meeting at which time the remaining directors will
elect a replacement to fill the vacancy left by Scott. The person elected to
fill the vacancy will serve until the next general election in May of 2016, at
which time the position will be filled by a vote of all homeowners as part of
the general election.
An official notification announcing the date and time of the
special session will be forthcoming.
I would like to thank Scott for all his service, and I know
we all wish him well in his future endeavors.
