REMINDER - Upcoming Kiahuna AOBO meetings!

If you haven't already, plan to attend Association meetings via Zoom.  Key meetings are open session tomorrow (April 30) and the annual meeting (May 3)!

And here's a little more about what these meetings are about:

A board of directors and is open to all members. These meetings are held usually quarterly. At these meetings, the board discusses the routine management of the community.  Topics might include reviewing and tracking the progress of maintenance projects.  Minutes of these meetings will be available to association members.

The annual meeting is an owner meeting. It serves to address the “big-picture issues” of the association – the board reviews the committee reports of the past year, new board members are elected, and upcoming capital projects may be announced. Owners may make motions.

Dues savings through May 2021

Happily, Kauai has begun to welcome visitors again and the property is showing increasing signs of guest activity!

Even so, you might have seen that we are able to pass on another $471 in dues savings for May relating to the pandemic.  That brings the total savings per unit to $4,234.80!

This includes savings of $2,729.20 on maintenance, $855 on reserves and $650.60 on PBAC membership dues.

Your AOBO has worked with the HVC Association management team to identify these cost savings and pass them on to homeowners.
