Have you voted??

The voting for the amendment to the Declaration to make water heaters common elements continues. There are still many owners who have not yet cast their ballots. There is also the ballot on approving the borrowing of money to finance the purchase of the hybrid water heaters.

We encourage those of you waiting to please send your ballots in to Marianne! We were hoping to have heard from everyone by Saturday...

Candidates needed to run for the Board

Dear Homeowners,

The Board is seeking at least 2 candidates willing to run in the election at the May 16^th Annual Meeting.

The Board consists of 9 members with three members being elected each year for three year terms.

Current Board members, Craig Price and Randy Danto Nordstrom have indicated that they will run for re-election.

Current Board member, Alan Hart has indicated he will not seek re-election.

Due to the sale of Scott Tiraschi’s unit, there will be a separate election to fill the remaining one year term.

We encourage all owners who wish to stand for election to the Board to submit his or her qualifications to serve on the Board and the reasons for wanting to receive proxies. It must be received no later than April 11, 2016.

Names submitted in this manner will comprise the slate of candidates that will be furnished to the homeowners with the Annual Meeting notice and proxy solicitation. The information you submit will be forwarded to all homeowners. As required by our Association By-Laws, you must limit your narrative statement in black text on white paper and shall not exceed one single-sided eight and one-half by eleven (8 ½ X 11) inch page. Please include name, contact information, Beachhouse owned and whether you are seeking a 3-year or 1-year term.
