The Association Board of Directors has made the decision to tent for dry wood termites as follows:
Building 34: September 8 – 11, 2014
Building 21: September 9- 12, 2014
It will require the closure of the buildings during this time. Owners and management companies have already been notified.
The expense is covered by the Association’s regular building and maintenance budget and will not require any special assessments or other Association charges.
We have already informed all rental programs at Kiahuna Plantation of this upcoming project.
