After the Finance Committee and the Executive Committee completed a detailed analysis of the Association’s financial results and forecast, the Board is able to increase the previously announced maintenance fee reduction from $50 to $363 for the month of October. This will be reflected in your October monthly statement that will be mailed to you on Friday September 18, 2020.
The Board will continue to work with management to review expenses and make plans for appropriate adjustment to you monthly dues based on those results.
