Projected Pool plans as presented at Monday's owner's meeting
Scott Tiraschi has been working very hard with a team to design a pool in the baseyard area. His team presented drawings and plans for a proposed pool at the owner's meeting on Monday along with a projected timetable and expenses. Here are the slides they presented.

Looks good! What are the dimensions of the pool and the hot tub? How does it compare in size to the current pool? And, how many people can fit in the hot tub? Thanks for all your work on this!
