This summarizes recent notifications about termite tenting and painting of buildings. Take note if you have a unit in any of these buildings.
2021 Termite Tenting Schedule
Termite tenting will require the closure of all beachhouses as follows:
Building 16: April 19-21. 2021. It will be available for occupancy on Thursday April 22nd, 2021.
Building 34: April 20-22. 2021. It will be available for occupancy on Friday April 23rd, 2021.
All rental agents and owners were notified in January 2021.
