The mayor of Kauai, with the approval of the Governor of Hawaii, has just announced that as of Dec. 2, 2020, all visitors to Kauai must quarantine for 14 days. The ability to arrive with a negative Covid test to avoid quarantine is no longer possible.
So if you're able to get a quick Covid test and change your flights, you'll be able to get to Kauai before Wednesday.
I'm hoping this is only temporary!
