Attached you will find the Notice of Publication and Notice of Public Hearing for amendments to the zoning ordinance to allow construction of a road that will provide direct access from Poipu Road to the Village at Poipu subdivision.
The public hearing will be held at the Kauai County Council Meeting on Wednesday, March 11, 2015. If you would like to give written testimony, please email CouncilTestimony@kauai.gov.
