The results for the Twin Bridges pool voting are in.
The majority of those voting (including the non-votes, which are considered a "NO" vote) were opposed to putting a pool in that location. A 67% vote in favor was required to go forward.

This means that we are back to the base yard location for our pool, as that location was previously approved by the Phase II owners some years ago.
It is expected that a proposed plan for the design, construction costs and timeline will be presented to homeowners at the annual May meeting in Kauai. Estimates will also be included for the new Maintenance Yard in that area.
To incur new costs and provide for the improvements for a pool, we need to have 67% of all homeowners vote in favor of it, since that constitutes a change in the common elements. A non vote is a no vote.
To borrow money, we need approval of 50% of the homeowners. That is a separate vote.
